What we keep, and why.
Last updated 28 October 2026
We keep only what we need to do the job you paid for, and we never sell your data.
What we keep
- Your email address, to sign you in and to tell you when a bot is done.
- Your briefs and results, so they're saved in DollarLand for you to download again. If a brief includes a web address, the bot reads that public page.
- What was sent to the AI model and what came back, with the cost of each run. We use this to fix problems, check quality and control spending.
- Your purchases and credit balance. Card details stay with Stripe; we never see them.
Please don't put sensitive personal information (health, passwords, ID numbers) in a brief. The bots don't need it.
Who helps us run DollarBot
- Vercel hosts the site, and its AI Gateway passes briefs to the AI model.
- Anthropic runs the AI models that do the work (each bot page names its model). Briefs go to the model only to do your job.
- Supabase stores accounts, briefs and results.
- Stripe takes payments.
- Resend sends sign-in and “your result is ready” emails.
Each only gets what it needs for its part, and some of them process data outside your country, under their own data protection terms.
Cookies
We use one kind: the cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account, so your results stay available. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email hello@dollarbot.fun from your sign-in address and we'll do it. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes too.
